Once the work was started, the site manager and the workers were very professional. They were there when they said they would be and cleaned the debris from each days work. Mr. Him, the site manager, answered each of my questions and concerns (and there were many) throughout the process without any hint of irritation. He went the extra mile and enabled me to keep an operating refrigerator in the midst of the remodeling. The work was completed in the timeframe specified and on budget. At the conclusion of the project, there were several items that needed attention. Mr. Him and his workers returned and completed each of the items on the punch list to my satisfaction. The company also arranged for the requisite inspections and met the inspectors.
