PROBLEM:

SOLUTIONS
Had to execute a 6 x 20 x 12 deep area in backyard and cut into brick and block to be able to make a breezeway and walk-up stairs, landing and back door with ½ glass to make access to basement and more lighting
Had to bust through lots of concrete to accommodate kitchen sink, bathroom, pit and ejector pump and sub pump
Relocated hot water heater and HVAC to open up adequate space which had taken much of the center space in the basement
New 18 x 19 movie theater with step up and eight leather chairs, surround sound, 130” screen and projector, blue ray, DVR and 8 in wall speakers, luxury carpeting, wall sconces and Hollywood style movie theater.
Next door a 16 x 18 office with closet, recess lights, Fios connection, internet, crown molding, double french doors with oil rubbed bronze finishes.
An 8” wide old style dark plank hardwood floor was installed in the entire space to accomplish tying the floor with the furniture.
A U-shaped kitchenette area with cherry cabinets, granite countertops, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
Crown molding and chair rail throughout entire basement
Recessed lighting and pendant lights
30 feet of continuous closet and storage
