Rear two story addition with upstairs and downstairs remodels, screened porch and deck. This lovely contemporary home is situated in a private area with mature trees, lots of greenery and a large yard. The homeowners wanted more space in the upper level living area, but they didn’t want to give up their beloved screened porch.

This small but necessary addition was added to a home with small rear rooms, including the very small galley kitchen which was recently remodeled. We put the addition on and kept the window as a pass through to the kitchen, and created a wide doorway where windows had been. The family wanted it bright, so
