The 1970 home in Herndon, VA had dark and dated kitchen, separated with couple of walls from adjacent spaces.
We have removed couple of baring wall, incorporated the back sun room into the new kitchen,
We have relocated all plumbing and appliances location in order to allow for much bigger island with seating arrangement.
The bulkhead and dropped ceiling in old kitchen was the channel to run plumbing to second floor. In order to bring this kitchen into 21st century all these bulkheads had to be eliminated and plumbing rerouted.
The added lighting, all new custom cherry cabinetry and complimentary granite counter top and new wooded floor are few of amenities of this project.
