Conjoin kitchen and family room
Reroute ducting; eliminate bulkheads to create space for cabinetry flush with ceiling [40% increase in storage]
Move portion of kitchen wall back by 18” to 48”
Delete closet
Replace stove with midroom cooktop island
Widen doorway to adjacent Family room and Dining room for much needed traffic flow
Use of entire unused wall in family room for 48” fridge and pantry and extra cabinetry
Hard wood flooring
Two islands (one as primary cooktop)- and other for storage and serve as eating island.
