Bathroom-161

Living in this 1980 Rambler for several years brought this couple to this realization. With Kids growing and their home being its stage of chaos, they needed a hideaway place.

Their bathroom, bedroom and closets were all in a devastating stage. To save their sanity they had to have this renovated to be able to come in and relax.

The bathroom was cramped, as you walk in you bumped into vanity and then the toilet just open to be seen from bedroom sight. The shower was small and tub was just not used and literally way to big for the space.

We designed a new plan to reduce the tub size to a comfortable one person tub, mainly for soaking. Enlarged the shower (almost double in size) with custom glass enclosure and multi point body sprays and rain and hand held shower and move amenities that they can imagine.

Relocating the commode out of sight and behind a privacy wall, allowed us to open up the back wall now filled with large double vanity and more storage space.

Use of a stone look tile and decorative accents amplified the contemporary look that wife wanted to have in this bathroom.

The field stone vessel sinks and high goose neck lever faucets complimented the dark cherry open front vanity cabinets.

These homeowners never felt more comfortable in their own home and in their own private suite away from kids, dog and cats
