Basement

Unfinished basement of this 5000 square foot 2006 Single Family home in Oakhill, VA was about to get the owner attention. Now they needed more space for entertainment and grandchildren play area. As well as additional guest bedroom/bathroom for out of town guests.

Our design team met up with the couple and came up with a plan that gave them all the dreamed and much more. The new design has a full bedroom, closet, full bathroom with double entry, play area, entertainment area, bar area with all amenities.

A work shop for husband to continue working on his train set. Recess lighting, new set of French door accessing back patio, Brazilian cherry flooring throughout and much much more.
