Basement Gallery

Single family home in south riding. Customer wanted to take advantage of this unfinished basement and convert it into an entertainment/gaming area. The entire basement was finished and converted into multiple rooms. The first room is the study, the second a bedroom that required adding an egress window, the third room is a full bath that contains a whirlpool and a standing shower with double vanities and double entrances. The main area contained a sitting room with a gas fireplace a large area for a pool table and a separate area for the bar and a media area with built-ins.
