This large basement contains a guest/nanny suite with it’s own bath, a lighted dance floor, bar, wine cellar, home theater, exercise room and large bath. There are lighting and music systems installed, quality cabinetry and granite counter tops, patterned tile floors, and decorative moldings to define the spaces and add glamour.

Basement baths are important. This one serves as a steam shower with eight body sprays, so after exercising, you can get a really clean
feeling and go on with your day. The bath below is for the guest room or nanny suite that we built into the basement.
