A growing family in north Annandale seeking an additional bedroom with its own bath laundry room on the second floor one car garage instead of the carport and a much larger better functioning kitchen a back sunroom addition and a stone patio.

The design and build started with removal of the carport from the left wing and a 2 story addition with a garage on the first floor. A full bedroom and a full bath with a laundry on the second floor, the entire second floor got face lifted with new molding, doors and trims, new HVAC. The first floor the kitchen was expanded in the adjacent room, totally gutted and remodeled with new cabinets, flooring, new counters, new island and all new appliances. The back addition is connected with a French door into the kitchen consists of same tile as the kitchen as cathedral ceiling and lots of windows and a patio door leading into stamped concrete patio in the back yard
