Addition Gallery

Couple moved back into their own home from oversea after ten years. Now they have enjoyed some of foreign amenities, they want to bring those into their old home. The back yard had concrete patio behind family room that had settle down and broken apart. But the pool was a keeper.
We have designed and the implemented a 20’x20’ addition instead of broken patio, took that a large part of cinderblock masonry wall and made a seamless connection into existing family room. New addition contained tall cathedral ceiling and skylights, lots of recess lights, a back French door and top half rounded transom along with larger windows on either side facing backyard and in ground pool. Putting coupe of half circular steps from back door into a newly lay flagstone patio made a nice transition among pool, side Gazebo and New addition
