Single story addition of great room with deck, and bump out of nextdoor dining room and formal living room. We put in new larger windows in the living and dining rooms, and redesigned the roof lines to make them more interesting and integrated. The interiors have hardwood flooring in the living and dining areas, and large tile in the great room.. We added french doors into the great room and out to the deck. There was very little room left in the back yard to use, so we designed this addition to be as large as setback regulations would allow. The decking is a composite material.
