Creating a spa-like experience

The new owners of this traditional, built-in-the1970sColonial home believed they had purchased plenty of space. Expecting their first child, they were attracted to the home’s 3,200-sq.-ft. floorplan and its four bedrooms. However, it wasn’t until after they moved in that they felt some of the walls closing in on them.
They felt the existing master bath was much too small.
