A major remodel will always be included when breathing new life into a bare basement. Our clients wanted to double the area of their living space by converting the whole area under the ground floor. So for starters, the central location was made accessible at both ends, which included tearing down a large closet. As a result, we could set up a fully-furnished bar area and see-through cabinets. With all this ample space at their disposal, the couple also wanted a large bathroom, au pair suite, and a dry sauna. Lastly, there is a multi-area with a gaming room.This elegantly finished basement is the winner of the 2022 PRO MID ATLANTIC REMODELER OF THE YEAR, FINALIST AWARD BASEMENT $100,000 TO $250,000
