In order to properly store and age wine, your cellar must be kept at a constant temperature and humidity level. Our custom cellars are built to mimic the conditions of the wine caves in Europe. Proper room preparation protects your cellar from the external elements that may affect the temperature and humidity. Wine cellar refrigeration controls the interior elements, so that you can age and store your wine efficiently for many years to come. Refrigeration technology has met the wine industry with products specifically designed for cellaring wine at optimal conditions. Each cellar is analyzed based on size and materials used which determines the specific heat loss for that space. A refrigeration system is based on the specific needs of each cellar.
