* Take down of baring wall between kitchen and old dining room, converting that a sitting area
* Install French doors to connect to outdoor screen porch
* Install wide plank mahogany wood floor throughout Family room, Sitting room, family room, stair leading upstairs, and entire second floor bedrooms, as well as stairs to basement and engineered wood floor with identical look for basement area
* Front entrance, Kitchen and back hall and powder room got large porcelain tile installed
* Doorway leading into kitchen has got wider and a closet removed
