This large kitchen was made by combining two rooms separated by a wall, and also opening up one wall into the living area (from near the dining room). The result is a great room for cooking, dining and living, which makes the home feel much larger. It also makes the whole area more elegant by upgrading the materials in all rooms. It now serves as the family's gathering place when the kids and grandkids come to visit.
