This
confined kitchen in an older home was in need of reconfiguration to make
it easier to use and to improve the flow. We also upgraded the cabinetry
and appliances, as well as the floors and other fixtures. This kitchen has
to accomodate a young growing family and they wanted it to work better for
them. As you can see, storage was a huge problem for them, so we needed
to get the most out of the space they had. In order to do this, and to brighten
up the room so it felt larger, we put in light cabinetry and wall paint,
and installed full height cabinets throughout the kitchen, increasing the
storage space. We upgraded the appliances and replaced windows for an overall
matching look. We also gave them some display space in the glass front cabinetry,
and more counter space. |
