| This large kitchen blends with the adjacent great room in an updated combination of warm cherry woods and stainless steel appliances, and sturdy granite countertops. The island was made more robust to accomodate the heavier countertop, and to accomodate the new sink area. Moving the cooktop from the island over to the facing wall required some resourceful routing of vent ductwork and plumbing to accomodate the pot filling tap. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
