This master bath was part of an addition to this house. We took some space from an adjacent large bedroom as well. We created a his and hers shower with a large seat and dual shower heads. Dual vanity with lots of storage, and enlarged the window to add more natural light. The couple wanted a white bath with a contrasting counter top, and they chose the aqua color for the walls to invoke a feeling of water. This bath is a huge improvement over the 5x5 ft one they had before. It was extraordinarily small. This new bath even has the linen closet in it, as well as a separate toilet area. Since the bath is over the garage, which we insulated, we also put in a floor warming system to make sure they are warm in winter.
