Before:

We converted one small bath and a portion of a closet into two back to back kids baths, one for the daughter and one for the son. They ended up with two "normal" sized baths that the kids can grow into, and they don't have to share. We used upgrade materials, including quality ceramic tile, granite, hardwood cabinetry, porcelain undermount sinks, and water saving shower heads. They both now have their own large baths, with plenty of storage space. Their parents also like the idea that they can grow into them, and they won't have to remodel!
