We renovated this hall bath in addition to the master bath in this home. The homeowners wanted it to have a luxurious feeling with an upgrade to the materials that were in it before. To satisfy their needs, we chose a curved front furniture-style vanity in a rich toned solid wood, and matched the fixtures in the bath to it, in an oil rubbed finish with an old fashioned style that compliments the vanity. As an added feature, we installed a curved shower curtain bar, to allow for more shoulder room in the shower. The shower is tiled to the ceiling, so guests can splash around all they want, but it also accentuates the ceiling and makes it feel higher. We even chose a tub with that old fashioned look, in keeping with the rest of the style of the bath. the floor tile is a faux slate in rich brown tones.
