This
lovely contemporary home is situated in a private area with mature trees, lots
of greenery and a large yard. The homeowners wanted more space in the upper
level living area, but they didn't want to give up their beloved screened porch.
We enclosed the existing screened porch, as well as the area beneath it, and
then created a large screened porch and deck area just outside, with a bonus
flagstone patio just below it. We matched the look of the home, with matching
Anderson windows and French swing doors, matched the siding, and also elevated
the screened porch on top of brick support posts, that match the brick on the
lower level of the home. The lower patio is a private area for them, just outside
their offices. |

exterior is now even more interesting than before, with the new screened
porch coming out of the end of the home, with the hipped roof and
the deck attached. |

the new office has its own private exit to the outdoor flagstone patio,
through the French swing doors. |
