This single story addition gives this family a larger kitchen and informal dining area, with access to the family room and formal dining room. They are adding an elevated patio outside the addition, which leads to the pool. We moved the outside stairs accessing the basement over to the side of the house to make room for the addition, as well as enlarged the dining room windows on the side of the house, and blended in all new wood flooring from the existing home into the addition.
