This
project involved remodeling and refinishing the original single story and basement
home, and adding an additional bedroom level. The original floorplan was closed
in and uninviting. The entry level was opened up, with a corner fireplace, breakfast
nook and new kitchen, refinished floors and new powder room and a large open
staircase leading to the upstairs addition. The basement was remodeled to include
a bedroom and new full bathroom, bar with sink and wine refrigerator, walk-out
entrance and separate laundry and storage rooms. The additional level on top
enlarges the home with a large master bedroom with a luxurious master bath,
including both shower and whirlpool tub, all fully tiled, two additional bedrooms
with shared full bath, third bedroom and large full hall bath, all baths are
fully tiled and feature the latest upgraded fixtures. See below for after and
